Why is this role important?

At Maxi, our Store Team Members are the backbone of our operations. They play a crucial role in ensuring that our stores are always ready to meet the needs of our customers. By maintaining a well-stocked store and providing excellent customer service, our Team Members help to create a positive shopping experience that inspires our customers to live life well.

What you'll do:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that the store shelves are always stocked and by responding to customer needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain and stock product displays and shelves to meet company standards, ensuring that our products are always presented in an attractive and appealing way.
  • Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs to assist with ordering, helping to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
  • Setup company-directed promotions and programs, driving sales and increasing customer engagement.
  • Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment for our customers.

What you bring:

  • Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including days, evenings, and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers and our business.
  • Able to move up to 50lbs and be in constant mobility for an entire shift, with a strong physical presence and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
