Refrigeration Transport Installer

Location: Boucherville

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation of new refrigeration units on various vehicles including trailers, trucks, and vans
  • Monitoring and testing system functionality using gauges and instruments
  • Adjusting valves to meet specifications and charging systems with the appropriate refrigerant
  • Inspecting lines, components, and connections for leaks
  • Wiring components to connect to electrical power sources
  • Mounting compressors, condensers, and other components in designated locations
  • Cutting, bending, threading, and connecting pipes to functional components
  • Lifting and positioning components using hoists or block and tackle
  • Fabricating and assembling structural and functional parts of refrigeration systems

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Background or experience in Mechanical/HVAC
  • Personal set of general tools and storage
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ozone Depletion Certificate is preferred
