Talent Management Director

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies to meet business objectives
  • Lead the recruitment process for key positions
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify talent development needs
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to employees
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in talent management, recruitment, or HR
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
