Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Comsan Holdings Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of staff, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and preparing budget and cost estimates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and prepare budget and cost estimates.
  • Hire food service staff and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports and ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train.
  • 3-4 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling.
Working Conditions:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

Security and Safety:

The Food Service Supervisor will be required to undergo a criminal record check.
