Food Service Manager

B.C. LTD. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to oversee the daily operations of our food service department. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Co-ordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient and safe food handling practices.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare and submit reports, and manage budgets for food and supplies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
