We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Comsan Holdings Ltd.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are provided to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Food Preparation and Service: Ensure that food is prepared and served to the highest standards, meeting quality control and safety regulations.
- Staff Training and Development: Train and develop food service staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and wastage is minimized.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that customer needs are met.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including sales, stock, and wastage.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Security and Safety: Criminal record check required.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, standing for extended periods, physically demanding.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player, initiative, dependability.
