Job Title: Landscaping Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at SEVEN M CONSTRUCTION LTD. As a key member of our outdoor workforce, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and maintenance of our landscaping projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and schedule staff to ensure efficient project completion
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance, including lawn care, tree service, and horticultural operations
  • Manage and supervise landscape construction work, including site preparation, planting, and installation
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Supervise other workers, establish work schedules, and train staff as needed
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in landscaping or a related field
  • Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and manual labor
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to distinguish between colors and maintain attention to detail
