Landscaping Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Atlas Landscaping Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and directing grounds maintenance, ensuring our outdoor spaces are always looking their best.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and Direct Grounds Maintenance: Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to ensure our outdoor spaces are well-maintained and visually appealing.
- Plan and Estimate Labour and Materials: Work with our team to plan and estimate the resources required for various landscaping projects.
- Plan, Manage and Supervise Landscape Construction Work: Oversee the construction of new landscaping features, ensuring they are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Tender and Administer Contracts: Manage contracts with suppliers and contractors, ensuring we get the best value for our budget.
- Requisition or Order Materials, Equipment and Supplies: Source and procure the necessary materials and equipment for our landscaping projects.
- Resolve Work Problems, Provide Technical Advice and Recommend Measures to Improve Productivity and Product Quality: Troubleshoot issues and provide guidance to our team to improve efficiency and quality.
- Establish Work Schedules and Procedures: Develop and implement efficient work schedules and procedures to ensure our team is working effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 35 hours per week
