We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Internal Audit to become a vital part of our Finance team. In this role, you will enhance the operational excellence of our finance division by driving Internal Audit initiatives.

As a member of the finance team, your contributions will be essential in the growth of the Internal Audit department. You will be responsible for executing internal audit assignments, conducting risk assessments, preparing audit reports, and ensuring that management's action plans are effectively carried out. Furthermore, you may engage in various compliance projects aimed at improving the Internal Audit function.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reporting directly to the VP of Internal Audit & SOX Compliance, you will lead the execution of audit engagements sourced internally, including conducting relevant risk assessments;
  • Preparing the audit engagement report for presentation to senior management and the Audit Committee;
  • Engaging with management regarding findings and following up on remediation plans for any identified issues;
  • Advocating for the internal audit system (AuditBoard); and
  • Participating in special projects as needed.

What you will bring to the team:

  • CPA, CIA, or currently pursuing one of these designations
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in internal or external auditing
  • Understanding of IFRS application
  • Experience in detail-oriented tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Additional qualifications that would be advantageous:

  • Familiarity with AuditBoard, NetSuite, and/or Salesforce
  • Experience in a rapidly growing technology environment
  • Knowledge of SOX compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in written and spoken French
