About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Two Forks Incorporated. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained and that orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
    • Supervise and coordinate the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring that quality control standards are met.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and to the satisfaction of the customer.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely reports to management.
    • Prepare food order summaries for the chef, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
    • Standing for extended periods
    • Physically demanding
  • Language
    • English
  • Work Schedule
    • 40 hours per week
