About the Role

Pandora is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Excellence Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our boutiques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of Pandora's brand, products, and values to provide personalized recommendations to customers.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and trends to make informed recommendations to customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer engagement.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of customer needs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
