Job Title: WordPress Developer

Caredocs is seeking a skilled WordPress Developer to join our team. As a WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining WordPress-based websites.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and Development: Create visually appealing and functional WordPress websites, utilizing your expertise in web development and WordPress.
  2. Theme and Template Customization: Customize WordPress themes and templates to meet project requirements, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  3. Performance Optimization: Ensure website responsiveness and optimal performance, leveraging your knowledge of web development best practices.
  4. Plugin Integration and Development: Integrate and configure WordPress plugins as needed, and develop custom plugins to enhance website functionality.
  5. Content Management: Manage and update website content, including text, images, and multimedia elements, ensuring content is SEO-friendly and optimized for search engines.
  6. Security and Maintenance: Implement security best practices to protect websites from vulnerabilities and threats, and perform regular website backups and updates.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with designers, content creators, and other team members to ensure seamless website development and functionality.
Qualifications:
  1. Experience: Proven experience as a WordPress Developer, with a portfolio of WordPress projects.
  2. Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of web development best practices, including SEO and web accessibility, familiarity with responsive web design principles, and experience with WordPress theme and plugin development.
  3. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Education:
  1. Preferred Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in computer science, web development, or a related field is preferred but not always required.
  2. Relevant Experience: Relevant work experience and a strong portfolio are often considered more important.
Job Type:
  1. Full-time / Freelance / Part-time / Contract: We are open to full-time, freelance, part-time, or contract positions.
Experience:
  1. Minimum Duration: A minimum duration of 6 months is mandatory.
