About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled WordPress Website Developer to join our team at Jumpfactor. As a seasoned developer, you will be responsible for building, updating, and maintaining responsive websites, collaborating with our digital strategists, SEO specialists, and designers to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop custom WordPress themes and plugins.
  2. Implement plugins, Google APIs, event tracking codes, and microdata markup on webpages.
  3. Optimize websites using WordPress best practices and adhere to site speed best practices.
  4. Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress developments and best practices.
Requirements
  1. 2-3+ years of experience in WordPress-based website development and maintenance.
  2. Strong understanding of W3C web design/coding standards.
  3. Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
  4. Experience with building/customizing eCommerce websites using Elementor, WP Bakery, Beaver Builder, Divi Builder, and Fusion Builder.
  5. Ability to build a WordPress theme.
  6. Experience in site speed optimization.
  7. Demonstrated ability to quickly self-learn and problem-solve.
