Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at A&W Fast Food Restaurant. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the food preparation area and customer service area.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a food service environment an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for long periods of time.
