Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at DKP FOOD SERVICE LTD. O/A SUBWAY SANDWICH. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
  • Keep records of food quantities used
  • Portion and wrap foods
  • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars
  • Take customers' orders
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment
  • Handle and store cleaning products
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit
