360 Talent is seeking a seasoned Store Manager/Area Manager to lead our TPO Flagship store and oversee Yorkdale and Royalmount Outlets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of Store Managers and store staff to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability.
- Manage store operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Collaborate with the Retail Director to develop and implement company-wide initiatives.
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members.
- Minimum 7+ years of management experience in a high-end or premium brand.
- Demonstrated expertise in retail management, including P&L management, staff supervision, scheduling, training, merchandising, inventory control, shrink management, and payroll administration.
- Multi-site experience with a background in full-price and outlet retail.
- Salary up to CAD$120k-$122k depending on experience + Commission + Annual Bonus + Benefits + Health Insurance.

- Tailor-made induction program within your first 6 months with direct coaching from the Retail Director.
