Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Ssab AB. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive sales growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales
  • Experience in the steel industry or a related field
  • Knowledge of sales software and tools, such as CRM systems

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be required to work in our office located in Delta, BC, Canada. Travel may be required up to 10% of the time for meetings and training sessions.
