Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Concrete Finishing Specialist to join our team at Dreamcast Design & Production. This role involves working with concrete to create high-quality surfaces and finishes that meet our project specifications.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in concrete finishing.
Work Environment
  • Dusty and noisy conditions.
  • Relocation costs are not covered by the employer; candidates must be willing to relocate.
Key Responsibilities
  • Fill hollows and eliminate imperfections on freshly poured concrete.
  • Utilize power vibrators to compact concrete effectively.
  • Level the top surface of concrete according to specified grades and depths.
  • Apply desired finishes to concrete surfaces using both hand and power tools.
  • Implement hardening and sealing processes to cure surfaces appropriately.
  • Waterproof, damp proof, and restore concrete surfaces as needed.
  • Repair, resurface, and replace damaged sections of concrete structures.
  • Interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications accurately.
Materials Used
  • Colors and sealers.
  • Hardners and epoxies.
  • Lightweight concrete.

  • Criminal record check required.
