Concrete Finisher

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at Peak Concrete Design Ltd. as an Exterior Finishing Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality finishes on exterior concrete surfaces, including walls, floors, and other structures.
Key Responsibilities- Check formwork, granular base, and steel reinforcement materials to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Direct the placement of concrete into forms or onto surfaces according to grade and depth specifications.
- Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement to achieve a smooth finish.
- Operate power vibrators to compact concrete and ensure proper settling.
- Level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specifications.
- Work at heights, on scaffolding, or swing stages to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
- Impart desired finishes to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
- Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures as required.
- Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces and protect against the elements.
- Waterproof, damp proof, and restore surfaces to ensure durability and longevity.
- Repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in concrete finishing.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment.
