Essential Qualifications and Technical Proficiencies:
- Proficient in Windows 10/11 and O365 environments, with the ability to deliver effective support.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as the role involves interaction with numerous clients.
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
- Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and urgency in addressing issues.
- Experience in industrial site environments is advantageous due to our client's safety-oriented culture.
- Adaptability to various scenarios is essential.
- Shared on-call responsibilities may be required.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic to complex networking challenges.

- Familiarity with Service Now systems and the ability to create or update documentation.
- Knowledge of both Android and Apple devices, including tablets and smartphones.
- A willingness to learn and grow in the role.
Preferred Certifications:
- CompTIA A+ and/or Network+
- CCNA
- Experience with Dell and Lenovo hardware
- Understanding of Tablet MDM solutions
