Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Equipment Specialist to join our team at Advance Plus Tech Solutions Inc. as a Telecommunications Equipment Installer. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining telecommunications equipment, as well as providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Repair: Install, arrange, remove, and maintain telephone equipment, wiring, and associated hardware.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Inspect operation of telecommunications equipment and diagnose and locate equipment faults, adjusting, replacing, or repairing as necessary.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers, including installing cable modems and software to enable Internet access.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Availability: Availability for shift or on-call work, as well as the ability to relocate for this position.
