About the Role:

As our product offerings evolve, we are in search of a technical writer to collaborate closely with our product development team. This role involves creating comprehensive technical user manuals, maintaining and developing client-facing product guides, and effectively presenting technical information tailored to the audience. Additionally, you will be tasked with crafting and updating training materials and may even participate in delivering product training sessions to our clients.

About You:

You possess a university degree from a prestigious Canadian institution and have exceptional technical and business writing abilities, along with a profound understanding of the industry landscape. Your creative imagination is boundless, yet you may feel that your potential has not been fully realized. You exhibit strong investigative and analytical thinking skills. Perhaps you have found that your previous organization was too large, leading to a narrow focus in your role.

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Articulate is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • A degree or minor in Computer Science is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Adaptable and flexible.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Strong organizational skills.
