About the Role:

As our product offerings evolve, we are looking for a skilled technical writer to collaborate closely with our product development team. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed user manuals, maintaining and developing client-facing product guides, and conveying technical information clearly and concisely tailored to the intended audience. Additionally, you will be tasked with writing and updating training materials and may have the opportunity to deliver product training sessions to our clients.

About You:

You possess a university degree from a reputable Canadian institution and have exceptional technical and business writing abilities, along with a comprehensive understanding of the industry landscape. Your creative imagination is remarkable, yet you may feel that your talents have not been fully realized. You demonstrate strong investigative and analytical thinking skills. Perhaps you have found that the organization you previously worked for was too large, resulting in a narrow focus in your role.

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Articulate is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • A degree or minor in Computer Science is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Adaptable to changing environments.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Strong organizational skills.
