About the Role:
As our product offerings evolve, we are in search of a technical writer to collaborate closely with our product development team. This role involves creating comprehensive technical user manuals, maintaining and developing client-facing product guides, and presenting technical information in a clear and concise manner tailored to the audience. Additionally, you will be tasked with writing and updating training materials and may have the opportunity to deliver product training sessions to our clients.
About You:
You possess a university degree from a prestigious Canadian institution and have exceptional technical and business writing capabilities, along with a thorough understanding of the industry landscape. Your creative imagination is boundless, yet you may feel that your talents have not been fully realized. You demonstrate strong investigative and analytical thinking skills. Perhaps you have found that the organization you were previously part of was too large, leading to a narrow focus in your role.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Familiarity with Articulate is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- A degree or minor in Computer Science is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
- Strong organizational skills.
