  • Create and maintain computer databases to store and manage large datasets
  • Document reporting needs and recommendations for IT professionals to ensure data-driven decision making
  • Collaborate with staff on data requirements and availability to ensure seamless data integration
  • Design and develop databases to meet business needs and improve data quality
  • Analyze data using database management systems to identify trends and insights
  • Research and document data requirements and policies to ensure compliance and data security
  • Lead data administrators in policy and model development to ensure data-driven decision making
  • Write scripts for stored procedures and triggers to automate data processing and reportingPersonal Qualities
