About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Database Systems Specialist to join our team at Conquer Infotech Inc. as a permanent employee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement within our IT infrastructure
  • Develop and implement a strategic database deployment plan to meet business needs
  • Design, develop, and maintain computer databases to support business operations
  • Document reporting needs, queries, logic, results, and recommendations to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Liaise with staff to understand data requirements, collection, and availability
  • Research and document data requirements, data collection, and administration policy to ensure compliance
  • Lead and coordinate teams of data administrators to develop and implement data policies, standards, and models
  • Write scripts related to stored procedures and triggers to optimize database performance
Requirements
  • Accurate and detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels
  • Organized and efficient with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Team player with a collaborative approach to achieving business objectives
  • Fluent in English with a strong understanding of business terminology
Working Conditions
  • Permanent position with a 32.5 hour workweek
  • English language required for communication and documentation
