As a Branch Operations Coordinator at National Bank Financial, your collaborative spirit with clients and team members will be invaluable. In this position, you will oversee the effective execution of daily administrative functions, adhering to established policies and procedures.
Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance of daily branch operations related to financial transactions
- Serve as the primary contact for operational concerns, HR inquiries, and logistical support for branch staff
- Communicate administrative procedures and policies, ensuring understanding and adherence among branch personnel
- Conduct thorough follow-ups as recommended by Internal Audit and Compliance
- Monitor budgets associated with branch activities closely
- Maintain a quality work environment and ensure the premises are well-kept
- Provide administrative assistance to the Regional Manager across various tasks
Your Team:
National Bank Financial – Wealth Management ranks as the fifth largest investment dealer in Canada, with nearly 1,000 investment advisors managing assets for over 400,000 clients across approximately 100 branches.
You will report directly to the Regional Manager for your designated area. Success in this role will hinge on effective collaboration and partnership.
Qualifications:
- College or technical diploma with 3 years of experience, or a bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience in providing administrative support
- Background in the investment sector is advantageous
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course is a plus
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
