Job Title: Construction Flagperson

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Flagperson to join our team at 4-WAY TRAFFIC CONTROL LTD.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe movement of traffic at construction sites, while also providing support to our team of skilled tradespeople.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials as required
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites, ensuring the safety of all personnel and vehicles
  • Secure special attachments to equipment, as directed by our team leaders
  • Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, as needed
  • Help maintain a safe and organized worksite environment
Requirements:
  • Traffic Control Person (TCP) Certification
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on safety and efficiency
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy materials, as required
