Job Summary

The Centre Manager is responsible for the overall operational management of the childcare centre, ensuring the delivery of high-quality programs and services to children and families. This includes planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs, as well as management of staff, budget, and resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement centre-wide programs and services that meet the needs of children and families
  • Manage and supervise staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
  • Oversee the centre's budget and financial resources, ensuring effective management and allocation
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve centre goals and objectives
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and centre policies
