Job Summary

The Centre Manager is responsible for the overall management of the childcare centre, ensuring the delivery of high-quality programs and services to children and families. This includes planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs, as well as supervision of staff and management of centre operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement centre policies and procedures
  • Supervise and support staff to ensure delivery of quality programs
  • Manage centre operations, including budgeting and financial management
  • Collaborate with staff, families, and community partners to achieve centre goals
