POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Develop and oversee comprehensive accounting and reporting processes to ensure timely and precise execution.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams that contribute to the accounting and reporting framework or require its outputs.
  • Execute journal entries and perform account reconciliations.
  • Prepare and present external financial disclosures.
  • Conduct financial analyses on monthly and quarterly performance metrics.
  • Evaluate and investigate the implications of significant financial transactions.
  • Identify, scrutinize, and reconcile discrepancies in information, recommending adjustments as necessary.
  • Assess potential enhancements to existing processes and implement chosen solutions.
  • Ensure financial reporting adheres to U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP), relevant tax regulations, and securities laws as applicable, including SOX compliance.
  • Address inquiries from auditors and internal reviewers effectively.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • CPA designation is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is essential.
  • Familiarity with US GAAP standards is preferred.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy is crucial.
  • Ability to establish and meet deadlines while working independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
