POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Develop and oversee comprehensive accounting and reporting functions to ensure timely and precise execution.
  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for the accounting and reporting workflow.
  • Execute journal entries and perform reconciliations as required.
  • Prepare external financial statements and disclosures.
  • Conduct financial analysis on monthly and quarterly performance metrics.
  • Evaluate and investigate the implications of major financial transactions.
  • Identify, scrutinize, and reconcile discrepancies in information, recommending adjustments as needed.
  • Assess potential enhancements to processes and implement chosen solutions.
  • Ensure that financial reporting adheres to U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP), as well as relevant tax and securities regulations, including SOX compliance.
  • Address inquiries from auditors and internal reviewers promptly.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Must hold a CPA designation.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Familiarity with US GAAP standards is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
  • Ability to establish and meet deadlines while working independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
