POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develop and oversee comprehensive accounting and reporting functions to ensure timely and precise execution.
- Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for the accounting and reporting workflow.
- Execute journal entries and perform reconciliations as required.
- Prepare external financial statements and disclosures.
- Conduct financial analysis on monthly and quarterly performance metrics.
- Evaluate and investigate the implications of major financial transactions.
- Identify, scrutinize, and reconcile discrepancies in information, recommending adjustments as needed.
- Assess potential enhancements to processes and implement chosen solutions.
- Ensure that financial reporting adheres to U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP), as well as relevant tax and securities regulations, including SOX compliance.
- Address inquiries from auditors and internal reviewers promptly.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Must hold a CPA designation.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience is required.
- Familiarity with US GAAP standards is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
- Ability to establish and meet deadlines while working independently in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
