Corporate Reporting Specialist

This role is a key part of our Corporate Reporting team, responsible for sustaining and improving critical and complex accounting and reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate accounting and reporting activities to ensure rapid and accurate execution
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information and provide output
  • Perform journal entries and reconciliations
  • Prepare external financial disclosures
  • Prepare financial analysis on monthly and quarterly data
  • Assess and research implications of significant financial transactions
  • Identify and analyze inconsistencies and recommend adjustments
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Ensure financial reporting compliance with US GAAP, tax, and securities regulations
  • Respond to queries from auditors and internal reviewers
Requirements:
  • CPA designation
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience
  • Knowledge of US GAAP requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to set and meet deadlines and work independently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
