Cleaning Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Servegreen Cleaning Services Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Coordinate and oversee daily cleaning activities, ensuring sites or facilities meet safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and financial records.
  • Recommend additional services, such as painting, repairs, or equipment replacement, as needed.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 32 to 44 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of work.
