Cleaning Supervisor Job Description

Servegreen Cleaning Services Ltd is seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to meet our high standards.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of our cleaning team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure our facilities meet our cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services and supplies.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify and recommend additional services required to maintain our facilities, such as painting, repairs, or equipment replacement.
  • Maintain Financial Records: Accurately record and manage financial transactions related to cleaning services and supplies.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to our cleaning staff to ensure they have the resources and training needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and manage work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work 32-44 hours per week.
