About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Servegreen Cleaning Services Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning professionals to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our clients' facilities are clean, safe, and meet our high standards.
  • Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services, ensuring that we are providing value to our clients.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities to provide additional services to our clients, such as painting, repair work, or renovations.
  • Maintain Financial Records: Ensure that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date, including invoices, payments, and expenses.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support to our cleaning staff as needed, ensuring that they have the resources and training they need to succeed.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that our operations are aligned with our business goals.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and manage work schedules for our cleaning staff, ensuring that we are meeting the needs of our clients.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the cleaning or facilities management industry.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 44 hours per week.
