Job Title: Manager of Civil Engineering

We are seeking an experienced Manager of Civil Engineering to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure development team, you will be responsible for leading the planning, design, and construction of telecommunications towers across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, design, and construction of telecommunications towers, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including real estate and project management, to develop and implement project plans and schedules.
  • Manage multiple complex build projects, including site assessments, feasibility studies, and procurement of materials and services.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the Chief Operating Officer and other stakeholders, resolving day-to-day issues and managing subcontractors.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in civil engineering, with a strong background in telecommunications tower construction.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CAD, Digital Twin, and other modern engineering and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
