Job Summary:

Matrix Labour Leasing Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Engineer to join our team in a 3-month contract, full-time day shift position. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing strategic maintenance requirements, governing the effective execution of business-defined maintenance planning processes, and analyzing maintenance data to identify improvement actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize maintenance planning and execution.

  • Collaborate with operational stakeholders to ensure effective execution of maintenance planning processes.

  • Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for asset strategies and tactics.

  • Prepare for maintenance activities, ensuring that all labor, material, and equipment resources are planned for execution.

  • Responsible for team training and development, safety compliance, task assignment, and productivity.

  • Undertake post-work execution tasks and maintenance administration to support ongoing computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) data and system improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Great time management and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

  • College or associate degree / Bachelor's degree

Pay Rate: $41.94-$69/hr
