Job Summary

We are seeking two Pension Guarantees Specialists to join our Technical Tax & Guarantees department due to the continued growth of our client base. As a Pension Guarantees Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting data and performing complex calculations to determine the redress of pension policies, ensuring compliance with the Pearl Pension Review guarantee promise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately collect data and perform loss calculations to meet the Pearl Pension Review guarantee promise requirements.
  • Follow regulatory guidelines for completing complex loss assessments.
  • Support projects aligned with published project impact assessments, meeting time and quality standards.
  • Complete corporate incident work in accordance with published incident impact assessments, meeting agreed deadlines and submitting BaNCS change requests as necessary.
  • Ensure processes and output comply with relevant legislation, including the Data Protection Act, and remain vigilant against potential risks such as money laundering.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of the pension industry, including occupation pension schemes, defined benefits, and defined contributions.
  • Experience with complex calculations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a desire to share best practices, knowledge, and ideas.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members to resolve quality and operational risk issues.
  • Drive to learn and effectively navigate multiple computer systems.
