About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and pet-loving individual to join our team as a Pet Ambassador Event Representative. As a representative of Acosta, you will be responsible for promoting our pet brand and increasing sales in-store and at events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tidy and face client's products on shelves, ensuring a visually appealing display to help pet parents find what they need.
  • Build and maintain relationships with store associates, store management, and pet parents to increase brand awareness and affinity.
  • Provide store associates with pet health, nutrition, and product knowledge to help increase recommendations and sales.
  • Delight customers by sharing pet health and nutrition information and making personalized product recommendations for their pets.
  • Set up demos/displays as required and maintain client-provided material to engage associates and pet parents.
  • Support recommendations driving special projects as required.

Requirements

  • Be a pet enthusiast who cares about pets, pet health, and pet nutrition.
  • Access to reliable transportation to get to and from multiple stores in your area.
  • Experience working with pets (preferred, not required).
  • RVT, AHT, BSc, or MSc in the pet field (preferred, not required).
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
