As a Sales Development Representative at Kojo Technologies, you'll play a crucial role in introducing prospective customers to our solution. Your day-to-day will involve making outbound calls to discover the pain points in their business and setting high-quality meetings for our Account Executives.
About the RoleAs an SDR at Kojo Technologies, you'll be responsible for:
- Outbound prospecting to discover new business opportunities
- Setting meetings with prospective customers to discuss how Kojo Technologies can help them
- Achieving monthly quotas for meetings held and sales-accepted opportunities
- Following Kojo Technologies' sales operations processes to ensure good funnel and prospect data
- Acting as an ambassador for Kojo Technologies
We're looking for a motivated individual with high energy, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills. If you're a hustler with a growth mindset, eager to develop professionally in sales, and passionate about solving problems for subcontractors, this could be the role for you.
Requirements include:
- Experience making 75+ cold calls per day in a previous BDR or SDR role
- Effective phone communication skills and rapport-building
- Strong organizational skills
- A high level of integrity and accountability
- Growth mindset - willing to receive and implement feedback to continuously improve
- Persistence, resilience, and a willingness to embrace rejection
Bonus points if you have:
- 1+ year of full-time experience as a SaaS SDR or similar sales experience
- Experience in the construction industry
- Entrepreneurial experience
This role is entirely remote for candidates based in Canada. The base salary for this role is CA$50-55,000, commensurate with experience, with an additional CA$20,000 in on-target variable compensation.
