Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, manage inventory levels, and maintain a visually appealing store display.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit sales reports, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Training and Development: Provide awareness training to employees on diversity, inclusion, and accessibility, creating a welcoming work environment for all.

Requirements:

  • 1-7 months of retail experience
  • Permanent full-time position
  • 30-40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
