Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at The UPS Store. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.
Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including supervising sales associates and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet sales targets.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize losses.
- Provide training and coaching to sales associates to improve their sales skills and product knowledge.
- Monitor and maintain a high level of store appearance and cleanliness.
- Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement store initiatives.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Availability for shift or on-call work.
- Availability for the advertised start date.
- Current legal ability to work in Canada.
- Willingness to relocate for this position.
- Current residence in proximity to the advertised location.
- Previous experience in a retail environment.
- Highest level of study completed.
