Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities of a U-Box Customer Care Representative:

  • Safely operate a flatbed vehicle
  • Utilize an 8000lb propane forklift or a truck-mounted forklift
  • Manage the loading and unloading of storage containers for delivery
  • Transport storage containers to designated locations, including customer residences and local businesses

Required Qualifications:

  • A clean driving record
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education
  • Possession of a Canada Class 3 or D Driver's License with Air Brake Endorsement, along with a clean driving history and the ability to pass a background check

Work Environment:

This role involves moderate risks or discomforts that necessitate specific safety measures, such as working around moving machinery, fumes, or potentially harmful chemicals. Protective gear may be required, including masks, goggles, gloves, or shields.

Physical Requirements:
The position demands physical exertion, including extended periods of standing, moving through various spaces, using tools, and lifting a minimum of 50 lbs, with or without assistance.
