Position Overview:

As a U-Haul U-Box Customer Service Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers while managing U-Box containers. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that clients receive courteous and professional assistance throughout their experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a flatbed vehicle
  • Utilize an 8000lb propane forklift or a truck-mounted forklift
  • Efficiently load and unload storage containers for delivery
  • Transport storage containers to designated locations, including residential and commercial sites

Required Qualifications:

  • Clean driving record
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Class 3 or D Driver's License with Air Brake Endorsement, along with a clean driving history and the ability to pass a background check

Work Environment:

The role involves moderate risks or discomforts that necessitate specific safety measures, such as working around moving machinery, fumes, or hazardous materials. Protective gear may be required, including masks, goggles, gloves, or shields.

Physical Requirements:
The position demands physical stamina, including extended periods of standing, walking, and the ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs, either with assistance or independently.
