Executive Chef

Browns Social House Brentwood is seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest standards, while also providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions, using a variety of cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Training and Development: Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food, and provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality dishes are produced.
- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Team Support: Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, and provide support to colleagues as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
