Job Title: Real Estate Accountant for Property Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Accountant for Property Management to join our team at beBee Professionals in Winnipeg.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations for the property management division, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain general ledger accuracy and ensure compliance with accounting principles and practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
