About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at 2762942 ONTARIO LIMITED. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate human, financial, and material resources to support business operations.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
  • Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, and delegate necessary authority and create optimum working conditions.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
Requirements
  • Leadership and Management: Proven experience in leadership and management, with a strong track record of driving business growth and success.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a large workload.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent initiative, flexibility, and team player skills, with a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience and Education: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience, with a Bachelor's degree.
  • Language and Work Schedule: Fluency in English, with a 35-hour workweek.
