The Canadian National Exhibition (CNE) is Canada's largest community event and one of the top ten agricultural fairs in North America.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Internal Auditor to join our team for the summer season. As an Internal Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our operations and identifying areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manually record and report vendor sales activities as they occur for selected vendors
  • Observe gate and parking lots and report on deviations from accepted practices
  • Examine consumed tickets to ensure legitimacy
  • Perform and evaluate field data collection responsibility on a daily basis
Requirements
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
  • Advanced skills on Microsoft Office with particular attention to Excel as an asset
Working Conditions
  • Ability to stand or be stationary for long periods of time
  • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors for extended periods and in all weather conditions
  • Located in a busy area; constant interruptions
  • Required to dress in appropriate uniform
