Meat Counter Clerk

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Meat Counter Clerk to join our team at 1825055 Alberta Ltd. As a Meat Counter Clerk, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Merchandise Display: Assist in the display of meat products in a visually appealing manner to attract customers.
- Meat Preparation: Wrap and package prepared meats, weigh meats for sale, and remove bones from meat to ensure high-quality products.
- Sales and Customer Service: Sell meats to customers, answer questions, and provide recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
- Special Orders: Prepare special orders, grind meats, cut poultry into parts, and cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat to meet customer demands.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and stand for extended periods to meet the physical demands of the role.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
- Hardworking: Willingness to work hard to meet customer demands and achieve sales targets.
